REV ROBERT LUM

Senior Pastor

Rev Robert (Bob) grew up in EL Assembly since his conversion in 1967. After a five-year banking career, he became a full-time Christian minister in 1985 and was appointed as senior pastor in 1992. Known for his friendliness and passion, Bob is a "people's pastor". He also serves as the Vice-Chairman of GLS Singapore. He holds a M Divinity (Hons) from Singapore Bible College.

He is married to Dorothy and they have 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and a grand-daughter and 3 grandsons.

REV PETER LOH

Deputy Senior Pastor/Executive Pastor/Mandarin Congregation Pastor

Rev Peter has attended EL Assembly since 1972. He has a strong passion for Missions and travels frequently to the Riau Islands of Indonesia. He became the pastor of the Chinese/Hokkien congregation in 1993. Rev Peter is very warm, friendly and well-liked by all. Graduated from Assemblies of God Bible College in 1996 with a Dip CM, he also serves actively in the Assemblies of God Chinese Department.

He is married to Geok Eng and they have a daughter who is married and a son.

REV DAPHNE JUNE LAU

Worship Pastor / Missions Director

Ps Daphne resigned from the teaching profession in 1998 to answer God’s call to full time ministry. She graduated with a BA (Summa Cum Laude) in Church Music from North Central University in Minnesota (USA).  While there, she pioneered the music ministry at All Nations Christian Assembly. Upon returning to Singapore in 2003, she has been active in full time ministry, serving in the areas of Worship, Creative Arts & Youth, both in the local church and nationwide. A passionate singer, musician & songwriter, she has released two albums, A New Day and Blessed. She holds a Masters in Worship Studies from Robert E Webber Institute for Worship Studies and is currently doing her doctorate. 

Daphne enjoys a good cup of coffee & great jazz music!

REV GARY CHIA

English Congregation Pastor

Rev Gary is a man of great passion and faith. At the age of 22, he answered the call to full time and served for 20 years in Trinity Christian Centre before joining EL Assembly. He carries a prophetic anointing in his ministry and has raised men and women as Kingdom warriors for God and speaking into their lives.

He values people and believes that God can use anyone for His Kingdom as long they are willing. A captivating speaker, he injects humor and releases powerful truths through his ministry. Pastor Gary graduated from TCA college with a Bachelor in Theology in 2015.

He is married to Diana and has two lovely children. He loves a good coffee, plays soccer and a delicious plate of wanton mee.

PASTOR ISAAC NGO

Discipleship/Youth & Young Adult Pastor

Ps Isaac grew up in EL Assembly and served as the Youth leader before going into Theological training and full-time ministry in 2018. Having grown up with the Youths, he is passionate about inspiring young people towards serving God in their best years. He believes strongly in discipleship training to build a strong foundation for life. He holds a Masters in Divinity with Trinity Theological College.

He is married to Germaine and has 2 young children. He is keenly aware of the needs of young families and strives to provide support for them.

REV LIM PING

Deputy Executive Pastor / Mandarin Congregation Pastor

Rev Lim Ping joined EL Mandarin Sunday school at the age of 10 and was actively serving as a lay leader in EL Assembly after encountering the love of God ever since. He left Emerson Process Management to join the church as a full time minister in 2017. His infectious energy energized team ministries in the Mandarin congregation. He also has a keen desire to reach out to seniors and to help newcomers in building a personal relationship with God through personal follow-up.

He is married to Soh Li and have 3 adult daughters, 2 son-in laws and a grandson now.

BRO ERIC BARIRING

Filipino Congregation Minister

Bro Eric joined EL Assembly in 2008. Being one the pioneers in the Filipino congregation, he actively built an environment which offered a “home away from home” for his fellow countryman working here. He graduated with a Bachelor of Theology at Kainos Bible School.

He is married to Leonor and have 4 children.

Sis Leonor serves as our devoted Filipino Congregation Minister at EL together with her husband. Through her compassionate leadership and dedication, she has played a vital role in strengthening the Filipino community, offering spiritual guidance and fostering a sense of unity and fellowship.

She is married to Eric and have 4 children.

BRO JIREH THAM

Youth Minister/Communications & Media Director

Bro Jireh is a homegrown EL member, serving since the age of 12. Since his God-encounter at the age of 14, Jireh is passionate to see young people enter into their God-given identities and destinies, and for the Church to be prepared for the imminent return of Jesus Christ.

Jireh was a key leader in the Youth Ministry and joined the church full time as a Youth Minister in 2022. An avid lover of music, media and missions, Jireh serves in the worship ministry as a drummer, pioneered the Communications & Media Ministry and is actively involved with mission trips & outreaches. He is currently embarking on his Master of Divinity studies at TCA College (Singapore).

BRO EUVIN AW

English Minister

Bro Euvin first received his calling in 2008 to be a full-time Christian minister during a mission trip. Since then, he has been faithfully serving God in different capacities. After 6 years in the construction industry, he joined EL Assembly as a full time staff in 2022 and now devotes himself to building people up in their God given purpose.

Having been saved through the Children's ministry, Euvin is especially passionate about serving in this area. Currently holding a Graduate Diploma in Theology, he continues to further his studies in Master of Divinity at ACTS College.

Bro Euvin is married to Giselle and has 3 young children.

REV ANNIE YEO

Missionary

Rev Annie grew up in EL Assembly since 1971. Before entering the full time ministry, Annie worked as a social worker in the Hospice Care Association. She has a passion to reach people in remote places and became a missionary to Cambodia in 2015. She pioneered EL Assembly Cambodia (ELAC), which also runs the EL Enrichment Centre, Takeo (ELECT) in the weekdays, teaching Khmer, English and Chinese language classes for students from ages 4 to 18. God has worked wonders and miracles through her ministry amongst the needy. She holds a Master of Divinity and is a good Bible teacher.

PS CHARMAINE LOH

Mandarin Youth/YA and Worship Pastor

Ps Charmaine joined EL Assembly in 2004 and grew up in the Mandarin congregation. She is serving in the young people’s ministry. She is sensitive to the needs of the youths and channels their energy towards meaningful service in church and the community. As a piano teacher previously, enjoys music and actively participates in the worship ministry in the Mandarin Congregation. She obtained a Bachelor in Theology from ACTS College and joined the full-time team in EL Assembly in 2020. It is her passion to touch lives and ignite purpose in young people to serve God.

REV WINNIE ONG

Cantonese Pastor

Ps Winnie joined EL Assembly since February 2023, and manages the Cantonese Congregation in the church. She is known to be a people person, and loves to spend time with them. Within her congregation members, she shows much love and lends a listening ear to whoever who needs it. She holds a M.A. degree in Biblical Studies from Asia Pacific Theological Seminary.

She is married to Rev David Wong and has two beautiful adult daughters.

JOSEPHINE TUI

Office Administrator

Josephine is a homegrown ELite with several years of experience in operations and administrative management. Apart from being extremely efficient and apt at her job, she loves everything Korean and is fully conversant in Korean. Don't hesitate to greet her with "안녕하세요 (annyeonghaseyo)" when you see her!

MARIZA TORRES VERSOZA

Accounts & Admin Executive

Mariz is the Accounts Executive for EL Assembly and she also assists in administration of the church office. She enjoys music and serves actively in the Worship & Music Ministry and is a LG leader in the Filipino congregation.

She is a blessed wife and a mother of 5 adult children (3 girls & 2 boys).

THAM MUN HON

Facilities Administrator

Tham Mun Hon joined the full time staff in 2001. He is in charge of maintenance and booking of church facilities. He is also the Security and Safe Management Officer for EL Assembly. He cheerfully does many things in the background, just to spruce up the conference facilities for all to use. It warms his heart to see the smiling faces of members as they come to worship God in a nice environment.

He is married to Lay Leng and has 4 grown up children.

VICTOR LEE WEI DE

Facilities Officer

Victor, often referred to as Wei De, is a Facilities Executive Officer at EL Assembly. His journey with the church began in 1994 at Pasir Panjang Sunday School.

He officially joined the full-time team in 2023, deeply moved by God's providence and goodness. Committed to serving and glorifying God with his talents, Victor treasures every moment of his service.

He is happily married to Win Teng, and together, they actively serve in the Chinese Production Team and EL Media and Communications Team.
