This Old Testament quote when Jesus started His ministry. He is the Light in the darkness, He is the Hope of the world. The Reason why Christmas is a joyful celebration is JESUS.
He came to show God’s love to mankind. He broke the walls that divided the rich from the poor. He built a bridge across racial lines. Above all, He brought God’s grace, mercy and forgiveness. The angels introduced Jesus as the Savior of the world. He saves us through His death on the cross!
Today the world needs to know the Savior. Everybody needs God in their lives. God does not want any person to walk alone. He longs to be with us – to shine His light and show us the way.
