The June holidays are here. More people are going overseas in recent years. We want to have time to relax and have fun with family and friends or to visit places beyond our shores.
When life is stressful, it is healthy to take a break. Jesus told His disciples, “‘Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.’ He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat. So they left by boat for a quiet place, where they could be alone.” (Matthew 6:31-32)
I hope that you will find time to be away from the busyness of life. It will be best if you could be with Jesus through prayer and worship. May you be refreshed in your body and spirit!
